COMMUNITY DISCUSSION | If We Build It, Where Will They Live?

Aug 20, 2024, 5:30 pm

Join us for a discussion about the housing shortage in the City of Green River for both residents and potential newcomers. Economic investment in the area will attract workers and families but where will they live? As a current resident, how do you want housing to develop?

This event is part of the programming for the Museum on Main Street exhibition, Crossroads: Change in Rural America, a collaboration between the Smithsonian Institution and Utah Humanities, touring in partnership with the John Wesley Powell River History Museum. For more information, see www.utahhumanities.org or https://johnwesleypowell.com/

Crossroads will be at John Wesley Powell River History Museum from June 29 to August 18, 2024. Hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00am-5:00pm. Exhibit is free with museum admission. Green River residents and members are always free.
