Description

Come find our booth after the Melon Days parade to learn about the founding and heritage families memorialized with local street names. Tell us about your family and design a street sign to take home, and claim your favorite block, road, or lane with your choice of street name on our giant community map!

This event is part of the programming for the Museum on Main Street exhibition, Crossroads: Change in Rural America, a collaboration between the Smithsonian Institution and Utah Humanities, touring in partnership with the John Wesley Powell River History Museum. For more information, see www.utahhumanities.org or https://johnwesleypowell.com/

Crossroads will be at John Wesley Powell River History Museum from June 29 to August 18, 2024. Hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00am-5:00pm. Exhibit is free with museum admission. Green River residents and members are always free.
