Utah Works Story Recording with Utah Public Radio
Aug 18, 2017, 1:00 pm
We want to hear your story! Utah Works is a new series of short stories about the way we work in Utah, told in participants' own words, for airing this spring on Utah Public Radio. We'd love for you - or you and a friend - to tell your work story as part of this series. As part of the The Way We Worked exhibition tour, Utah Humanities and Utah Public Radio are partnering with Territorial Statehouse State Park Museum to interview local residents about their work.
Sign up for an interview time and come prepared to share your work story. Fillmore slots are available August 18 and 19, 2017. For more information or to sign up, please contact Carl Aldrich at (435) 743-5316 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
This event accompanies the Smithsonian The Way We Worked exhibition, stopping in Fillmore from July 15 to September 9, 2017 at the President Millard Fillmore Library (7/15-8/11) and the Territorial Statehouse State Park Museum (8/15-9/9). For more information, contact the Territorial Statehouse on 435.743.5316.
The Way We Worked, an exhibition created by the National Archives, is part of Museum on Main Street, a collaboration between the Smithsonian Institution and Utah Humanities, touring in partnership with the Territorial Statehouse State Park Museum and the President Millard Fillmore Library.
