Ogden after Dark Lectures with Val Holley and Sarah Singh

Join us to examine prohibition and prostitution, two of Weber County’s most historic labor industries. Historian Val Holley will talk about "The Way We Burped: Bootlegging and Other 25th Street Career Paths," and Weber State University archivist Sarah Singh will present "Sisters of Scarlet: Prostitution in Ogden." Recommended adults only.

This event accompanies the Smithsonian The Way We Worked exhibition, stopping in Ogden from January 28 to March 18, 2017 at the Union Station Museums.
